Redmond Re-Lyte Discount Code (2026): MAMAMEG for 15% Off + How to Save More

Written by Meg, mom of three in Atlanta. I have had Redmond Re-Lyte every single day for over five years, since long before I was an affiliate. The whole story (and what ChatGPT said about electrolytes for moms) is in Do Moms Actually Need Electrolytes?. This page is just the discount part: the code, the cheapest way to buy, and what to skip.

Quick answer: use code MAMAMEG for 15% off at checkout on Re-Lyte’s site. Shop through my link and the discount will automatically be applied at the checkout.

A hand holding a tub of Redmonds Re-Lyte Hydration in front of a large white water bottle.

Is there a Re-Lyte discount code that actually works?

Yes. MAMAMEG takes 15% off Redmond Re-Lyte Hydration (you will also see it written Re/Lyte or Relyte, same thing). It is my own code, so it does not expire the way the random coupon-site codes do, and I keep it updated on my discount codes page.

Full disclosure, the way I always do it: I bought Re-Lyte for years before there was a code. The code exists because I would not stop talking about it.

How to save the most on Re-Lyte

  • Buy the tub, not the sticks. The 60-serving tub runs $45.99, about 77¢ a serving before the code. Stick packs are great for the diaper bag or travel, but (as always!) you pay for the convenience.

  • Unflavored is the cheapest. 75 servings a tub, about 61¢ a serving, and it is just salt and minerals with no stevia.

  • Autoship. I do autoship through Re-Lyte’s site for 15% off, which brings my tub down to about 65¢ a serving. My code works on autoship orders, too!

  • Hit free shipping. Re-Lyte offers free standard shipping on orders of $30 or more, so one tub gets you there.

  • Check before you buy on Amazon. Amazon carries it, but it has been more expensive there every time I have checked, and my code only works on Re-Lyte’s own site.

Does Re-Lyte have a Black Friday sale?

If Re-Lyte runs a Black Friday or holiday sale, I will add the details here the day it starts. In the meantime, MAMAMEG works year-round, so you never have to wait for a sale to get a discount.

Which Re-Lyte Hydration flavor should you start with?

Mango is our house flavor and the one I would start with. Strawberry Lemonade is my runner-up. There are 15 flavors now, so there are plenty I still need to try. If stevia is not your thing, go Unflavored and mix it into juice or a smoothie.

This is one place here the variety pack of sticks is actually super helpful so you can check out a few before getting the larger size!

What is in it (and who should check first)

Per scoop: 810mg sodium, 400mg potassium and 50mg magnesium, with zero sugar and zero calories. It is sweetened with stevia only and built on Redmond Real Salt.

Note: High-sodium electrolytes are not for everyone. If you have high blood pressure or kidney concerns, are on a sodium-restricted diet, or are pregnant or nursing, ask your provider first. I drank it through the end of two pregnancies with my OB’s blessing, and the details are in how I prepped for labor and delivery.

My short take

If you want a zero-sugar electrolyte you will actually drink every day, Re-Lyte is the best value and ingredients that I have found. It's roughly half the price per serving of LMNT, with more potassium. Grab some through my link, use MAMAMEG. The sticks would be a great way to figure out your favorite flavor and go for a tub next time!

FAQ

MAMAMEG takes 15% off at checkout on Re-Lyte’s site.

Yes. People search it all three ways. It is the same electrolyte mix, made with Redmond Real Salt.

Yes, the code works with autoship orders.

No. Discount codes work on Re-Lyte’s own site. Amazon sets its own prices, and they have been higher every time I have checked.

A tub instead of stick packs, Unflavored if you do not need the stevia, plus code MAMAMEG. One tub also clears the $30 free shipping minimum.

Ask your provider first. I drank it through two pregnancies with my OB’s okay, but a high-sodium electrolyte is not right for everyone.
