Quasi Collagen Mask Review: What They Actually Did (and Didn't)
Is the Quasi collagen mask legit or a scam?
The product is 100% real. I've used it on my own face and absolutely saw the glow firsthand. But I understand why you're asking, because Googling this brand is genuinely confusing. So this post does two jobs: my honest review of the mask itself, and how to buy it without getting burned.
You know the mom self-care aesthetic where someone's in a silk robe doing a 12-step routine at 9pm? That's so not this house. I don't have oodles of extra time to sit around doing things that may or may not be working, so every product I use needs to VISIBLY make a difference for me or it gets chucked out.
I filmed myself testing Quasi's Collagen Glow Up 2.0 Masks for a week and here's the honest recap.

What I actually noticed
Immediately: glow. The type of glow when you catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror you are surprised by how good your skin looks. The post facial glow.
I wore mine overnight and when I woke up in the morning I saw plumper, smoother, dewier skin. After just one use, this really impressed me.
And to be 100% real (as always!) it did NOT magically transform my skin into glass skin like all the ads of every collagen mask promise. I still had my acne marks, I still had my fine lines, I still had my pores on my nose. It's not a miracle.
✨ What it actually helps with:
Hydrated, plumper-looking skin
A dewy, glass-skin glow
Smoother-looking texture
Fine lines that look less noticeable when your skin is hydrated
🤔 What it can't magically do:
Rebuild the collagen you've lost
Permanently lift sagging skin
Erase wrinkles or permanently shrink pores
Replace the basics of a good skincare routine
The lunch-packing test (how they fit real life)
If you've been a part of the Mama Meg crew for a minute you know I am always looking for things I can do while knocking out mom life tasks. This is not really one of those things.
This is a "laying down in bed reading" or "relaxing in the bath" skincare moment. If you apply it fresh and go to stand up and chase a toddler, it will absolutely slip and slide around your face. If you wore it already overnight and just want to keep it on a bit longer in the morning, that's absolutely fine, although it WILL scare the kiddos.
For me I put this in the category of true relaxation skincare, not multi-tasking mom life skincare. I'll sleep in one the night before I want my skin to look extra good, applied right on top of my regular products. I read that it also helps your products absorb better so this feels like the best bang for the buck to me.

Before you buy: three things to know
I take what I recommend to you guys really seriously so I always want to share the flags too.
1. Only buy from the real site. There are multiple lookalike "official Quasi" stores running ads right now (I've seen at least three different domains claiming to be official). If you want to try them, use my link below — it goes to the actual brand — or type the official site in yourself. Don't buy from a Google ad.
2. Choose the one-time purchase, not the subscription. This is pretty much always my advice for a first time purchase anyway! As I write this (October 2026), the brand's Trustpilot reviews are sharply split, and the most common complaint is people getting charged again after cancelling a subscription they didn't realize they'd started. So just buy a one-time pack, see if YOUR face loves it, and then decide if you want more.
3. Ignore the "Top 5 masks" ranking ads. Those "we tested 15 masks and only 5 passed!" pages in your search results are ads, not reviews. Rankings you find through an ad aren't research — that goes for every brand, not just this one.
Where to get them
If you want to try them after all that honesty: my link below goes to the real store, and best price available. Using it supports this little corner of the internet at no extra cost to you 🤍

FAQ
Is Quasi a scam?
No — the masks are a real product and they arrived and worked for me. But the brand's marketing overpromises, there are copycat "official" sites to avoid, and the subscription has burned enough buyers that I'd recommend you do a one-time purchase.
Do collagen face masks actually work?
Yes and no. Yes: temporary hydration, plumping and glow. No: permanent glass skin. In researching collagen masks generally I found that topical collagen and your skin's own collagen aren't quite the same thing.
Collagen is a large protein, which makes it difficult to penetrate the skin's outer protective barrier. Smaller collagen-derived peptides may penetrate some layers of skin, depending on their size and formulation, but that doesn't mean they reach the dermis in meaningful amounts or rebuild your skin's collagen.
