With a 5, 3 and 1 year old, I quickly realized an overstimulated, frazzled mom only made my kids more unregulated. I hated myself for not always showing up the way I wanted to in these chaotic moments.

After I had my daughter I wondered - how on earth would I handle them by myself a few nights a week without just sticking them in front of the TV?

My vibe sets the tone of the house especially on nights like this one where I’m solo with the kids after daycare pickup. It has taken time but I’ve been working hard to be CALM & more relaxed and understand how to support my nervous system.
